HypnoBirthing® is an evidence based childbirth technique and philosophy that focuses on releasing fear and deep relaxation to help you achieve a gentle and relaxed birth. HypnoBirthing® focuses on the relationship between mind and body, exploring how our thoughts shape our experiences, reality, and consequently our births. The program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition, and positive body toning.  

Most importantly it fosters an air of mutual respect for the birthing family, as well as the healthcare provider in a traditional healthcare system or an alternative setting. 
It considers the psychological and physical well-being of the birthing person, birth partner, and the newborn regardless of place of chosen place of birth.

Benefits of Hypnobirthing

The HypnoBirthing® classes consist of 5 classes held once a week for a total of 5 weeks. Each class is roughly 2 1/2 hours.
Classes are held via Zoom.
